The summit will be taking place at the Mayflower Renaissance Washington, DC Hotel for a nightly room rate of $169.00. If you are an invited attendee/Summit facilitator all of your travel arrangements are eligible for full reimbursement to include: 2 night hotel stay, economy airfare, taxis, parking and a daily per diem rate at $53.25 for your first day of travel on Wednesday, August 12th and $36 for the following full day Thursday, August 13th for dinner only. If you are federally employed and get appropriate approval, your travel expenses will also be fully reimbursed.
The Summit will begin at 8:00 AM on August 13th and end at 1 PM on August 14th. If flying, we suggest booking your return flight to depart after 3:30 PM.
You are responsible for booking all travel arrangments on your own and must submit for reimbursement within 10 days after the summit has ended. You will only be reimbursed for economy priced airline purchases.
